About Tony Beecroft
Tony has worked as Financial Director and Commercial Director across a range of industry sectors, including signage, the pub trade, toys and collectables, and the motor trade.
His key career achievements include:
- Increasing turnover for Tennants UK Ltd from £1m in 2001 to a projected turnover of £5m in 2013/14.
- Introducing new systems and processes at Tennants that greatly improved efficiency and staff productivity.
- Relocating Tennants to more efficient premises, introducing new working practices and managing culture change.
- Growing turnover at The White Horse Inn from less than £100k in 2001 to over £350,000 today.
- Turning around the National Autoparts business from a loss-making company in 1982 to a £1m+ profit-making business with 170 staff in 2000.
